Redevelopment of Plaza Atrium from a corporate office tower to a mix use building commenced in 2005.

This building is located in the centre of KL on a slope, with the back side of the building on a higher elevation.

Access to the basement with micropile rig had to be carefully planned out.

Construction work commenced while other parts of the building was still in construction.

The low headroom of only one floor meant that extra space was needed for the micropile rig to access certain pile points, this required careful demolition of a number of walls.

Underpinning was successfully completed.
