How to work with us when calling for a tender for your project

Any successful construction project requires a solid foundation.

Whatever stage you are in your planning or tendering process, be sure to add us to your pre-approved list of contractors.

1 – INVITATION TO TENDER

You will need to send us an invitation to tender your project.

For an accurate pricing, you will need to send us all of the following:

• Complete tender drawing
• Specifications of work
• Bills of quantity BQ
• Soil report

2 – EXPLORATION OF ALTERNATIVE DESIGN

After receiving the invitation, we will start exploring solutions for your project.

The reason for an alternative design is to help you as the project owner to reduce both cost and construction period.

We will seek to understand key factors affecting the design.

We will identify the best construction method and equipment required.

We will be factoring in issues such as topography of site, accessibility issues and proximity to sensitive environment.

For most projects, a site visit is usually required.

3 – SUBMISSION OF TENDER

This process may take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on the complexity of the project. We will submit our bid to your tender.
